Photos taken may be rejected by authorities. This website is not responsible for any losses caused.

• Must be a recent color photo taken within the last 6 months. Old or heavily edited photos are not accepted.
• Background must be plain white or light-colored, evenly lit, with no shadows, gradients, or patterns.
• Applicant must face the camera directly with a neutral expression, eyes open, and mouth closed.
• The head height from chin to crown must measure between 31 mm and 36 mm within the photo.
• The image must be sharp and properly exposed, with no red-eye, shadows, glare, or blurriness.
• No items may cover the face. Religious head coverings are allowed but the face must be clearly visible from chin to forehead.
• Clear, non-tinted eyeglasses are allowed, but the frames must not obstruct the eyes and the lenses must be free of glare or tint.
• Sunglasses, tinted lenses, or reflective glasses are strictly prohibited.
• No beauty filters, skin smoothing, facial reshaping, or any digital alterations that modify natural appearance are permitted.
• Printed photos (if required) must be on high-quality photographic paper with the photographer’s name and the date printed on the back.
